We are seeking a Delivery Driver to be a part of our rewarding team.

Delivery Driver applicants must be hard-working, fast-moving, responsible, and quick thinking. They should also exhibit the ability to go the extra mile and make personal connections with every guest. As a Delivery
Driver you will make a base hourly wage PLUS TIPS and use a delivery vehicle provided
by Chick-fil-A!

We are hiring immediately! Delivery Driver applicants can go from Application to their
first day of work in as little as 3 days! 


Delivery Drive Responsibilities:

  • Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating
  • the values and culture.
  • Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal
  • deliveries with a sense of urgency.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction as you attend to customer concerns as they arise
  • on a delivery.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area
  • (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, taste of food, and attentive & courteous.
  • Meet with supervisor on shift to receive specific position and duty(s) on current
  • shift
  • Complete the Driver Training Program.
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
  • Handle and prepare food in a sanitary manner.
  • Responsible for the care of food service equipment.
  • Work cooperatively with communicate with front line and kitchen staff.

The Delivery Driver will also work in one of the following positions when they are
between deliveries:

  • Cashier
  • Host/Hostess
  • Drive Thru
  • Expo
  • Other duties as assigned.

Crew Member requirements:

  • Must have a working smartphone with a data plan, GPS and space to download
  • Delivery app.
  • Must have a valid state-issued driver's license and at least 3 years of driving with a clean driving record.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 5- 40 lbs.).
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Must have reliable transportation to work and be punctual
  • Wear a complete and proper uniform for each work shift, including a smile :)
  • Have a servant spirit
  • Stand for periods of up to 8 hours in length
  • Previous delivery or professional driver experience is preferred, but not required
